Steps:-

कटे हुए टमाटर, हरी मिर्च, और अदरक को मिलाएं।
1 – 2 बड़े चम्मच पानी का उपयोग करके ब्लेंडर में एक चिकनी प्यूरी बनाएं।
एक कढ़ाही में 2 बड़े चम्मच घी गरम करें।
कुरकुरा होने तक फॉक्सनट्स (मखाना) को भूनें। भूनते समय हिलाते रहें। एक प्लेट में निकाल ले।
उसी कढाई में काजू डालें और हल्का सुनहरा होने तक भूनें।
एक प्लेट में इकठे करें।
उसी कढाई में बचा हुआ घी गरम करें।
#Cee PeeJeera और #Cee Pee #KaaliMirch डालें। 10 – 20 सेकंड के लिए भूनें। इसके बाद टमाटर का मसाला डालें और कम आँच पर मसाला भूनें। टमाटर मसाला से तेल अलग होने तक भूने, नमक डालें और पकाएं।
क्रीम जोड़ें और अच्छी तरह से मिश्रण करने के लिए हिलाए। अब इस चरण को जोड़ें यदि आप थोड़ा ग्रेवी बनाना चाहते हैं तो लगभग 1/4 कप पानी मिलाएं। 5 से 6 मिनट के लिए कम गर्मी पर करी को मिलाने और उबालने के लिए हिलाओ।
भुना हुआमाखने और काजू जोड़ें, अच्छी तरह से गठबंधन करने के लिए हिलाए करें। 2 – 3 मिनट तक पकाएं। आँच बंद कर दें। कटा हरा धनिया और क्रीम से गार्निश करें।
