Garam Masala Hummus Recipe

Hummus is a popular Middle Eastern spread or a dip prepared with cooked chickpeas, mashed and blended with ingredients such as tahini, lemon juice etc. Usually eaten with pita bread, we have a recipe with a spicy twist of garam masala.
2 cups Chickpeas, soft boiled
1 Clove Garlic
1/3 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Cee Pee Garam Masala
¼ tsp Cee Pee
Jeera Powder ¾ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Cee Pee
Garam Masala 1 tsp White sesame Seeds
Begin with combining all the ingredients in food processor, except for ingredients mentioned for garnishing.
Process the mixture for about a minute at low speed. Stop in between and scrape the sides if required.
Keep processing the mixture until creamy texture is achieved. If you prefer grainy texture, grind it for lesser time.
Take out the thick paste in a bowl and garnish with olive oil, sesame seeds and garam masala.
