  • 1 large Broccoli head, Florets removed, stalks peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium sized Carrot, diced
  • 4 Cups Water or vegetable Stock
  • ½ tsp Cee Pee Garam Masala
  • 1/8 tsp Cee Pee Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Cee Pee Black Pepper to taste


  1. In a pot, heat some olive oil and add the garlic. Turn the flame to medium-low and cook the garlic until you smell it.
  2. It will take about a minute. Once cooked add carrots and cook for other few minutes.
  3. Next, add broccoli, stems, water, salt, pepper, chilli powder, and garam masala. Mix it well and cover the pot with lid.
  4. Let it cook for another 15 to 20 minutes or until broccoli and carrots are cooked but not mushy.
  5. Now pour the mixture into blender and blend it into a smooth paste.
  6. Pour the soup back into pot and warm it to serve immediately or chill it in refrigerator to serve cool.
  7. Prepare bread croutons serve along with the delish soup.

Garam Masala Roasted Sweet Potatoes Bites

Sweet potatoes are not only delicious but also packed with plenty of nutrition. Eat it boiled, roasted or fried; each version has its own delish texture and taste. This is recipe is healthy with a subtle punch of spices to perfection.


  • 2 medium sized Sweet Potatoes
  • ½ tsp Cee Pee Garam Masala

  1. Preheat oven at 200 deg Celsius.

  5. Spread the sweet potato bites on a greased baking tray or pan.
  6. Bake it for 30 minutes or until the bites are tender. Make sure to toss the bites once or twice while roasting.
  7. The delicious sweet potato bites are ready with stunning glaze. Serve it hot and fresh.

Garam Masala Hummus

Hummus is a popular Middle Eastern spread or a dip prepared with cooked chickpeas, mashed and blended with ingredients such as tahini, lemon juice etc. Usually eaten with pita bread, we have a recipe with a spicy twist of garam masala.


  • 2 cups Chickpeas, soft boiled
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • ¾ tsp Salt

  • Begin with combining all the ingredients in food processor, except for ingredients mentioned for garnishing.
  • Process the mixture for about a minute at low speed. Stop in between and scrape the sides if required.
  • Keep processing the mixture until creamy texture is achieved. If you prefer grainy texture, grind it for lesser time.
  • Take out the thick paste in a bowl and garnish with olive oil, sesame seeds and garam masala.
