Method

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Curd, whisked
  • 1 medium-large boiled Potato, diced

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Keep the dices potato ready in a bowl.
  • Dry roast the jeera in a pan and crush them to almost powdered consistency.

  • 1-2 tbsp Milk or as per requirement

Method

  3. In a bowl whisk the curd and add enough milk to get a runny consistency.
  4. Add tomatoes, onions, potatoes, and cucumber, salt, crushed cumin and raita masala to the curd. Mix well.
  5. Sprinkle red chilli powder and garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Chill in refrigerator and serve with the meals.
